How to Acquire Rare Coins from APEX
We at
APEX realize your time is valuable and
have developed a simple process to enable you to purchase coins from our fine
inventory as quickly and easily as possible. The actual purchase process is as
follows:
(1) Call or email us indicating your interest
in rare coins and providing a telephone number suggesting the best time to
contact you.
(2) A portfolio manager will contact you,
direct you to our website, and the two of you can discuss the coins that
interest you and which coins historically can provide you with the best return
for your money.
(3) Once you have decided which coins you
wish to purchase, the portfolio manager will connect you with our Trading
Department and your order and important information concerning your order will
be confirmed and digitally recorded into the record along with your order
confirmation number. You will then be directed how to wire transfer the funds
(or send a check via overnight courier) to
APEX.
(4) An invoice for your purchase will be
either emailed or sent via U.S. Mail to you.
(5) Your coins will be sent to you via
Courier or U.S. Registered Mail as soon as they are received here at
APEX . Those clients whose orders are shipped via
Courier, receive
email notification of the shipment.
"No
questions asked" return privilege. Returns must be postmarked no later than
7 days after your receipt of the coins.
Coins must be undamaged and in original holders.
